Illness may be identical, but the persons suffering from them are different.  Physicians therefore must carefully take into account the differences among people... - Hsu Ta-Ch'un

Acupuncture

For over 5,000 years Acupuncture has helped many people.  It is a safe, natural, drug-free and effective method of medicine.  Needles are solid, sterile, single use, disposable, stainless steel and inserted into the skin.  The needles are very thin and flexible.  Needles are typically a little thicker than the diameter of a hair.  The idea is there is there are pathways called meridians that flow like rivers through the body carrying vital lifeforce called "Qi".  By inserting needles, Qi is allowed to be balanced so it can flow freely.  Think of the analogy of a garden hose that has a kink in it.  The water is impeded, but when you unkink the garden hose the water runs freely at maximum pressure.
